We pride ourselves in utilizing our experiences gained from playing and coaching to help teach and provide guidance to all who are interested. Our team members are energetic and enthusiastic about the game of lacrosse and are detail oriented in how they approach instruction and consulting. We want to help provide you with the tools necessary to improve and make informed decisions.

Mat Faas

Mat Faas is a former NCAA college coach with over 14 years of coaching experience. Mat has coached youth, high school, Division II, Division I, and International teams and players. He helped lead teams to 2 NCAA Final Fours, 1 NCAA Quarterfinal Appearance and 3 Conference Championships.  Mat mentored 4 Conference Players of the Year, 1 Conference Student-Athlete of the Year, and over 30 All- Conference Players. He was also influential in developing 1 NCAA National Goalie of the Year, 13 All-Region Players, 2 Academic All-Americans, 9 All-Americans, and 1 All-World Team Player.

Morgan Leonard

Co Director

Morgan Leonard is a former standout Division 1 midfielder for Canisius College. She has been coaching youth and high school lacrosse for over 6 years, having worked camps and clinics throughout the country. While at Canisius Leonard helped captain her team to two straight MAAC Championships. She also earned All-Region 2nd team, MAAC Defender of the Year, MAAC Midfielder of the Year, MAAC Championship MVP, 1st Team All MAAC(2x), and MAAC All-Academic Team. During her senior campaign Leonard finished the season Ranked first nationally with 3.37 ground balls per game, while placing second in the country with 2.68 caused turnovers per game earning her a spot in the Senior North/South All-Star game.

 

Playing Accomplishments:

 -         2X MAAC Confernce Champion

 -         2x MAAC All - Tournament Team

 -         IWLCA All-West/Midwest Region Second Team 

 -         MAAC Midfielder of the Year

 -         MAAC All-Academic Team

 -         Ranked 1st nationally in ground balls per game

 -         Ranked 2nd in the country for caused turnovers per game

 -         Selected to play in the D1 North/South Senior All-Star Game

 -         2X MAAC 1st Team All - Conference

 -         MAAC Defensive Player of the Year

 -         MAAC Championship MVP
